hey im a newb and when i try to install using rom manger it says to it maunally it will not let me install from sd card.

is this a full rom or the theme only

This is only the theme. Have the cyanogen rom and correct gapps installed before applying the theme. Also make a backup before you apply the theme just incase.

Thanks! I am trying to get ahold of ManUp to see if there is a possible fix. I looked through the XML files, but was unable to find what I was looking for.

You might want to check with Fabulous also since he's been maintaining this theme for Bugless Beast for awhile now.

I have such a hard time deciding on all these themes out there. Is there any somewhat simple way of just taking certain parts from some of these themes? I like the settings menu in this but not the power control, which I do likes 928Droid's. I might just stay with only the simple black notification bar since I can't make up my mind lol.

Maybe I've missed something, but what's up with the power control widget? What is the 2nd item in from the left with the arrows for? Mine doesn't have that on it.
