Vibrating notifications in 5.0.7.1 and 5.0.8?

Hey guys. So ever since 5.0.7.1, my vibrate stopped working for everything except for incoming phone calls. I've gone through every app and enabled it, but still no vibrate. Not even when the phone is set in vibrate mode!

Any ideas on how to fix?
