ClockworkMOD Recovery Update Issues?

I had a similar issue...went into all clockworkmod recoveries and ran 1.8.2 and it fixed my recovery issues.

I have BB 0.1 installed also and am seeing the CM recovery problem. I think CM is busted. I had to flash back to 1.8.1.4 to get recovery to work

This is the version I have working properly too 1.8.1.4

Update: 1.8.1.4 is not working, I thought it was because when I was finally able to restore a backup this was the version that was installed. So I backed up again and this morning I had to restore it was AFU again, all of my framework and themes were intact but I had to touch the android to begin, and reset my apps and homescreens. So I went back to my one backup that I know is working and lost any mod's I had done since then.....again

For the past few days I've been unable to flash into a recovery, backup, or restore a rom and I've tried all the suggestions I've heard here at least a dozen times. I've even uninstalled and reinstall rom manager twice, but no luck.

Anybody have any ideas?

Just got a notice this morning in ROM manager that 2.0.0.4 was available -- flashed it & rebooted to recovery first time -- On Kangerade with jdlfg Froyo 1.1 running @ 1000 -- was having issues getting into recovery all week -- hopefully this CM release takes care of it -- many thanks!!

Koushik sent me an email stating this was a 2.2 issue and should now be fixed with the latest update. I was having issues myself where it would go through the motions of backing up my rom but wouldn't actually back anything up. I've done a backup since the latest update and all seems to be working perfectly.

not fixed, cant get into recovery with todays update.

I believe the issue fixed was the issue regarding backing up and restoring. The methods others have used all worked for me not being able to get into recovery. Actually whenever I flash clockwork or sprecovery now I flash three times in a row. Haven't had an issue since.

use the erase feature in RM options to help with recovery flashes "sticking"
