6.2? 7.0?
Has there been any word on anything from CM devs in regards to Gingerbread?
SDK is out today for those that might not know.
First of all Koush is no longer listed as the maintainers of Cyanogenmod for the Droid 1. mtwebster and another guy are now the Droid 1 maintainers.
As far as the latest Gingerbread Android updates on the Droid 1. We will have to wait and see what Cyanogenmod includes for this device.
My first smartphone was a Droid 1. Then I found the Nexus... Galaxy Nexus LTE unlocked & rooted...
AOKP JB build ROM, IMO JB exp Kernel,
Root Apps - Titanium Backup, Root Explorer, SetCPU, ROM Toolbox, Rom Mangler/ClockworkMod, CWMR Touch, Lightflow, SD Maid, Nova Launcher
Way too early to guess. Cooked roms will be released before CM

CM is built from source code, not the SDK, so don't expect a release when the source code isn't available yet.
I think it will be 7.0 since the update does do a system overhaul. Many things changed/improved. I don't think we see GB in Cyanogen 6.xxx
I don't think we see it on OG Droid either. But that is just my gut feeling. I think they will time it so that people who signed 2 year agreements for the Droid in Nov 09 will upgrade their device in 2011. Sorry OG owners. It just makes perfect business sense.
