    Rotary lock screen

    Is there an easy way of changing this, without installing a new theme?

    I'm sure there is an update.zip or Metamorph theme for this. Might have to search a bit though

    Coudln't find anything but you can try WidgetLocker. It has the rotary lockscreen as well as many others like the iphone, X, etc.
    It's a paid app
    There is more to living than just existing.

    Cool CM Tricks
    custom_backup_list.txt - make a list of files in /system that will survive a nightly install (ringtones, notifications, system apps, wallpapers, whatever)
    in Terminal Emulator, set this as your shell command: "/system/xbin/su -c /system/xbin/bash". You get all the features of bash, root access, and you can still use the initial command field for whatever you want (default is adding /data/local/bin to your path)

    UD has it in its ROMs and I rem reading somewhere he said he would give anyone the source that asked. Maybe someone do that?

    That wouldn't go over well with Team Douche. There's a reason why Ultimate Droid was banned from DF for several months.
