Oh, wow. Well I apoligize, then. I am as well excited to see where this goes. If any assistance is needed, I can help. I think we should start this out more clean than Zeus Droid did. I also think that it was (no offense) dumb of then to use a GSM dump because why on earth would it take you only (Not that its not long but listen) 7 hours to boot up an EVO rom, but it took them weeks to get Rosie working... Either way Im very glad this came back to the Droid community and I hope it progresses!

Please dont do that. I really want Sense Froyo, its always a nice change. Your not fooling anyone. It took a team of 4 just to get Sense 2.1 to boot onto DROID and the project was abandoned because of how long and difficult it was.

no i wouldnt tease you or post this if it wasnt real. it tooke me about 7 hours to get it to boot but it boots and runs pretty smooth with 3mb ram free @600mhz lol

data + calls not working... sounds like the same RIL issue that the ZeusDroid team ran into... either way, excited to see where this project goes!

yea well i hope that can be fixed, if you remember the zeusdroid team ported a GSM(the desire) rom to cdma. this is ported from the sprint htc EVO(which of course is cdma and uses the samn bands as verizon cdma), just getting the radio calls working might be an issue

Sadly, the Droid X, the Evo, etc. won't help the RIL. The HTC RIL's are processor specific, which had a lot of the issues impossible to fix short of rewriting the whole RIL to work for the droid's OMAP processor.

Great work! If you can get this running to at least ZeusDroid status, a lot of people will be happy. I'm game to help with anything I can, I've been developing ROM's for a few months now and just recently started releasing, add me on gtalk if you want my help, drod2169@gmail.com
