is there a free program I can download to lock my photo gallery on the TB?
I don't know about free but photovault works great. Amazon gave it away before...maybe they will do so soon again.
Gallery 3d in the market works good.

I have use App locker before. It is pretty good. You can set it up to only ask for a password or secret action to any specific app, so you can lock down only Photo's and Market for instance.

App locker works great for me. It pretends the app is corrupted and gives you a force close screen. Be sure to lock you file manager as well if your pictures and really bad Haha

I really like visidon app lock, it has facial recognition, and its available for free on the market
