Gingeritis - Apps are deleting themselves

So, I am running Gingeritis V1.0, and since I flashed it on 6/29 I have noticed that my contacts have been wiped once since restoring, and now some of my apps are just deleting themselves.... Anyone ever heard of this happening?

EDIT: Seems to be a problem with some music files my buddy gave to me, had to do a full wipe, and now I am running BAMF sense 3.0 RC4, phone is back to being amazing again.
