    Weak haptic feedback?

I don't know its just my TB or ur guys' too but the vibrate when typing or using the 4 touch buttons at the bottom feel weak. Especially so when I compare it to my buddy's inspire...

And didn't want to post anoher thread so ill ask this too... Is it pretty laggy for the first 30 sec - min after a reboot for u guys? (Turn off take battery out)
