Same... I call family and at minimum volume I can't put the phone on my ear because it's just way too loud. I'm loving it. Every phone I've ever had since 1997 has been way too quiet. Finally, someone gets it, we need to HEAR the person on the other end.

My og Droid used to be stuck on high volume. If your volume is already at the minimum setting just raise it to max and then back down, that should recalibrate your volume to a more tolerable level.

Same here...I have to lower volume during calls....Droid 1 I always had the volume at max and the calls on the TB are much more clearer...at least for me in my area. Loved my Droid but I'm not missing it at all, totally enjoying the Thunderbolt!
