Swiftkey and Battery Left issue

Every time I restart my phone, it goes to CWR. I choose the reboot phone option, and after reboot, Swiftkey has been disabled and Battery Left cannot load properly. The only solution I have found is to uninstall/reinstall to get them to function again. Any idea why this is happening? I'm at a loss and it's really annoying.

Just to mention as well these appear to be the only two apps affected by the restart as well. Nothing else flakes out.

One other thing with Battery Left - the widget is gone from the menu. I can't add it back. So, restart clears the widget from the menu as well when trying to place it.

I'm not rooted and never had any kind of problem with Battery Left. I do have the paid version and it seems to work fine on the Tbolt. I have the extended battery and am calibrating that as we speak. I know there is a problem with the Swype keyboard with this phone and that's a shame. I uninstalled it. I'm glad I'm not minding the HTC keyboard to be honest.
