Installing Clean ROM 2.3 today.

I just want to go through the steps I'm using real quick so if I'm doing something wrong someone will correct me. So last time I tried installing it before it was updated and got the mainver error. Immediately I talked to Scott and he fixed it. So if I'm on the most recent OTA, and I have 2.3 on my SD card, I just wipe data and dalvik, install it, and when I hit reboot system it boots into fast boot to install the kernel. Am I right on that? No hurdles or anything that I'm missing?

Correct, but just in case you may want to extract boot.img(inside kernel/PH98IMG.zip) from the ROM zip file just in case you need to manually flash the kernel.
