spelling words w/voice command?

Is there any way to get voice command to spell words e.g. in a google search box? It seems to only accept whole words. E.g. if I want to spell "ict" I'll get something like "I see tea."

Unfortunately no. Most words are spelled via context. So if you say "I need two eggs" the system tries to interpret "two" as the number rather than "too" or "to" based on context. If you have something like an acronym or an abbreviation, only the known ones like SCUBA will be accepted. Anything else you'll have to manually correct.
