Caller ID numbers are tiny, can I make them larger?

Sometimes it takes me two rings to be able to read the small text, and if I am driving in the truck it's nearly impossible.

How can I make the numbers easier to read when someone that's not in my contacts calls.

Well, after searching around we have no easy way to do this. I found some apps that may do this but of course they want permission to acces ever fuggin bit of personal info on my phone.

This is terrible and will influence my next phone OS desicion bigtime, android is really getting to seem more like a toy that steels personal information more than it allows me to tune it to fit.

Make fun of blackberry all you want, but at least I could read the dam thing when the phone rang.
