    sync

    Every morning, I'm getting the 'authorization failed' message for the back up for the media. Is that necessary? Is it my settings?

    The v cast media manager is a Verizon thing that you don't need. Alot of people have had trouble with it. You can go to settings-accounts and sync-media manager-uncheck the music, video,pics. This will stop your notifications. Or if you are not having problems, you can set it up to sync when you want.

    I disabled all that crap. Gave me errors before when I inadvertently had it checked ON.
