    Possible reason why leaked installed are not getting the OTA

    I noticed in the "About" screen that my info is blank. Is it possible that Verizon is not prompting for the update because it cannot tell what version I have installed?

    If it has no version number to compare to, then it would stand to reason that it would not prompt to update me.

    I've read that it is simply that one's phone must be on an officially released version to receive any ota

    XDA has said that if you install the OTA RUU (the manual install), this will reset you to stock, and you will be able to receive and install future OTA updates.
