Power saver mode does not...

In other words, if you have the power saver features on and your battery runs low, anything that gets changed does not change back to normal settings when you charge the phone. I have to turn everything back to normal. Screen timeout, background data, etc.

Am I missing something here?

No, you're not missing anything. I noticed this too. I just wrote to HTC Tech Support about this. Will post their reply. RH

Dear RezoundHound,

Thank you for contacting HTC with your concern regarding the power saver economy mode. I know how handy it is for your device to work well and I will be happy to assist. This is actually the intended function of the device - unless perhaps you set your power profile back to performance and the functions remain switched off. We will, however, keep your feedback in mind when developing future software releases and please let me know if switching to performance mode does not re-enable your disabled options.
