About LinkBacksKoo, Thx for clarification. Like I said I wasn't real sure. But still, if I bought a phone that I knew was tampered with I would do a fresh install. But I'm a little ocd too.

11-08-2012 08:56 PMOk, I got it unlocked and rooted. Looking at the Rooting a Rezound on Mac OSX was very helpful. In the OSX terminal you have to add "./" before your enter commands. Also had to go into recovery twice after flashing Amon Ra, my phone just skipped it on the 1st attempt. Anyways I'm off to find ROMs now. I still really love my old Droid Inc setup (CM7.2, Incredikernel, Newest radio) but I'm hoping this will be a bit faster. Also excited about the better camera. Thanks for all the help guys!
