saw this phone today. one of my friends who works at google got one last week. pretty slick. very thin and light compare to the droid. don't like the trackball though. i don't even know what it's for since it's a touch screen. overall, i liked it. didn't really get a chance to check out the processor speed as he didn't have the phone connected (as he had a verizon account so no sim he can put on this gsm-tmo version).

I read on another board something interesting about one of the photos of the nexus one. People were saying that it looked like one of the cell phones had the htc logo on the front. The photo is supposed to be one with the cell phone by a laptop computer. Have you seen this?

When I zoom in on that photo, it's too blurry for me to see much of anything. Has anybody else seen this speculation?

Seems like the more info that comes out the more it's looking like this phone will be coming to T-Mobile (maybe AT&T) and possibly as early as Jan 6. I still haven't heard anything current and trustworthy about the phone being available for Verizon anytime soon or at all. - anyone else have any info to the contrary?

I have until Jan 15 to return my Droid, and if his phone is available by then I'm 99% sure I'll exchange it. Mainly because of the look and lack of physical keyboard (I never use it, it ads bulk, and is just one more thing to break).
