HTC Passion lacks dedicated GPU?

I heard rumors that the HTC Passion will not have a dedicated GPU like the Droid does. If HTC Passion does not contain a dedicated GPU will it perform just as fast as the Droid despite the 1GHz Snapdragon Processor?

Good news. From what I read from XDA Developers forum, the Snapdragon is a SoC. It has a GPU, forgot its name, but not quit as good as the Droid. I want to see these two go head on!

Well even the Droid is a SoC, it's kinda of misleading, but it's true. There was a huge discussion on this very topic. If i remember correctly, it was slated to get one that was alittle better, BUT seeing as everything is rumors and the device hasn't passed the FCC yet, anything can change.

Would be nice if these phone manufacturers release full specifications on their phone with detailed hardware specs..

What phone? The passion is nothing but a rumor right now. THere has been no official acknowledgement of a "Passion" phone from HTC. Everything is speculation and rumor. SO, why would a manufacturer release specs on a phone that does not exist?

I for one am awaiting for a "Passion/Bravo" type of phone release too, but we can't be critical of a manufacurer for not releasing specs on a vapor phone, and that is what it is until it is officially announced.
