Do you have exactly 30 days from when you bought your Droid to return it?
According to the policy, yes, Return Policy - Verizon Wireless
That is why Verizon named their Android phones Droid. Advertising one is like advertising all of them. All you gotta do is change the picture and you can use the same ad to advertise another phone. Very very cleaver strategy!
Looks like the Passion is going to make its way to TMO
Passion goes to TMO
There were two Passions and a Dragon and a Bravo on that list of HTC phones. Let's not give up hope just yet.
Hmm interesting. Can't wait!
So you returned the phone for trival things? A keyboard you don't have to use and because it didn't have a good case selection? Exactly what case selection do you think is going to be out for the passion for the first 2 months? I have in fact seen a very huge selection of cases for the droid. While some are not mainstream, they are still out there.
Resistance is futile.

Easy there... I returned mine as well and these were reasons of mine also (among many others).
- The keyboard itself is fine, however, it has issues.
1. Adds a ton of weight.
2. Slide mechanism lacks any sort of spring tension to keep it closed and mine in less than 30 days was already showing wear to the point that it wouldn't stay shut in my pocket.
3. D-Pad is retarded, period. I will never play games, and in 30 days had yet to find a good excuse to waste so much valuable real estate. Could have made the keys larger, provided a number pad, etc...
- The cases available for this phone have no choice but to be cumbersome. In order to continue sliding, it needs two separate pieces. By it's simple nature, A phone without a sliding keyboard can be sufficiently protected without adding even more girth.
I really liked the Droid, just not enough to be stuck with it for any period of time. Time will tell if the 'perfect' phone ever comes out. Chances are, it will never happen. Phone sales would probably dry up if people were 100% satisfied with what they.
