Incredible 2 Moves Slowly While Charging

I recently got a new charger and when I plug it in, the touch screen barely responds. When I unplug it, everything goes back to normal. I moved the base of the charger from my wall outlet to an extension cord and it seemed to work slightly better. Any solutions?

Is it a cheap charger? Cheap chargers have a tendency to mess with the phone. The power coming out of the charger might not be very clean or well regulated. That can cause problems with the electronics.

Agreed, non OEM charges have a reputation for messing with the digitizer. Most see their screen go crazy and it looks like someone is rapidly tapping the screen when no one is touching it. Return the charger if you can and get one that is for the Dinc 2 (if this one isn't). Good luck!
