    Can't edit ringtone length??

    I had to ask my brother how to use custom ringtones on the Eris. I uploaded one, it works, BUT he has an option to edit the MP3 file down (I used a full song, btw) to a proper ringtone length and the option for it was absent on my phone... what the fudge?
    Anyone know about this? My file was an MPEG4, does that make it any different?
