Droid Vibration too soft(how/way to fix it)

I can never feel my droid vibrate when I get a text, unless I am still. Is there an app or a way to make the droid vibrate harder?

Mine doesn't vibrate except for phone calls and neither does my gf's. I'll put the phone on vibrate and it does nothing when I get a text/email, just the notification led lights up. I've gone through all the settings and can only get it to vibrate and ring at the same time, not just vibrate. Any ideas?
