    Best Rom for Eris

    What is the best and most recent rom that ls fast, stable, and reliable? I want one that's very good on battery life also. ROM has to be for DROID ERIS

    I wouldn't say its most recent since gb roms are available but xtr sense was always my favorite.

    If you want to go with 2.2, I've been using KaosFroyo v39 without any issues. You can get it from XDA Developers website under the Droid Eris section.

    I've tried several and like the Kaosfroyo _v38 best. It chews the batteryand the camera is flaky, but it is fast and the phone and contact functions work great.
