XTRsense eris--can't set ringtones for contacts

Now, I set my main ringtone ok but when I try to set the ringtone for specific contacts it force closes on me. I go in via contact and go to set ringtone and it will let me choose zedge or the phone ringtones. I get to the point where i set ringtone and it force closes on me. So I tried one of the regular phone ringtones and it did the same thing. I tried going through the zedge app to set the ringtone and it gets all the way to set ringtone and then force closes.

Does anyone know what I could do to fix this. I mean, as a real problem, this is merely an annoyance as I like to set different ringtones for different contacts so I know who is calling. I did search but found no answer so I was hoping someone would be able to help me. Thank you in advance.

i have not heard of anyone having this problem with xtrsense. i had it with gsb and ended up going back to xtrrom. just curious, do you have the tones downloaded to a music or ringtone file on your sd card or are you trying to set them up directly from zedge?
