    Tiny gapps only for 2.3 ROMs?

    Is the gapps package I flashed for my GSB 2.3.3 ROM only useful when flashing 2.3 ROMs? If I flash a Froyo 2.2 one, will I need the gapps package?
    Rooted HTC Droid Eris 2.3
    OC'd to 768
    Running GSB v1.9 CM7.0.0-RC1 ROM

    yes they are 2 totally different gapps packages. If you flash a GB gapps to a froyo rom, you won't get any google apps when you reboot (including the market) and vice versa. Make sure you download the right gapps for the rom and always remember to do a nand backup before flashing anything!!!!
