    Help HTC Droid Eris!!

    I have the eris and my track ball doesn't allow me to scroll left or down. Now this is an issue when trying to boot my phone on safe mode n boot recovery mode to root the device and/or install zips n rom's. Anybody know a way around this or a way to fix the track ball issue??

    When I had my Eris I had same issue. I was able to plug in charger cord to phone and if I moved it just right I would move the track ball to do what you need to do.
