Backing up apps, etc. for DNA that doesnb't take SD card

Hi, upgrading to DNA which does not take the mini SD card.
There are apps that allow you to back up all your apps and restore them on the new phone.
As far as I can tell, they all require the use of the SD card.
    So...

Does anyone know how I can back up all my apps from one phone (Incredible 1) to the DNA ?

I know Google Play keeps track of my paid apps, but not all the free ones I use and like.
I'd like to take them with me too, so I don't forget them all.

Thank you for any and all help !

edit: sorry for typo in subject line... can't fix now.

Back them all up to the sdcard on your old phone. Then copy that file folder of the back up to a computer and transfer to the DNA. Then you can use a file explorer to locate that file, open it and your apps should be there. Seems like it would work to me.

Google play keeps track of all your apps, paid and free.

Get a cloud storage service, such as Dropbox, which gives you free 5 gb storage. It has cool feature that when you take a picture, it automatically sends it into the cloud. I am also a fan of Astro file manager, which recently gave me an offer for a free 25gb Box cloud service, which I activated, but have not used. I then create my backup of texts using SMS Backup and Restore (no pictures within texts back up) and send that file to Dropbox. Gmail backs up my contacts and calendar (you have to save each contact or calendar entry in Gmail).Verizon's Backup Assistance will back up and restore those contacts you forgot to put into Gmail. When you restore the phone or move to a new phone, after you have setup your Gmail on the phone, start Playstore, press your menu button and select My Apps. The first panel shows Installed Apps, slide the panel to the left and it display All which lists all your Apps you have ever installed under that Gmail account. You can now remove that inappropriate app you downloaded in the past from this list by pressing on the little grey circle in the App name! ! Loving my DNA! !
