    problem with bugless beast

    greetings, i have a problem with BB. Since i installed this ROM, my phone doesn't receive all txt messages. it does receive some but not all. What can i do to fix this? Thank You.

    no, i'm using handecent. but i also check my stock messaging app and it doesn't have the missing txt messages. i know they're missing cause my friends tell me they txt me but i don't receive them.

    Did you wipe data and cache before installing?

    yes i did, can i re install BB over the BB i have right now? or do i have to unroot my knoe. How can i do this? thanks.

    I use Handcent so I'm curious. Open Handcent, tap menu, tap more, tap undelivered messages. It will be interesting to see if anything is there.

    I uninstalled Handecent and i'm still getting the same problem. I still dont receive txt messages. Can i unroot my droid with z4root and reroot it with z4root, then install BB again on a fresh rooted phone? or do i need to do something before i unroot it. will z4root work on the Mortorola Droid?

    I've not used z4. I'm not sure that rooting caused the issue. You can always unroot and reroot. Here is an excellent guide Multiple phones - Root them, unroot them

    Another option may be to flash a different rom to see if that has any impact on the text issue.

    i installed another ROM, and it seems like it has worked. but i'm having trouble with downloads. i can surf the internet but when it comes to downloading it fails or it doesnt download at all. Not even updates for my apps or downloads from a sharing sites like rapidshare, hotfile, megaupload, etc.. What can be done to fix this? please help, thanks.
