removing 'emergency call' button on pattern unlock screen

I have a rooted Droid. I can not find an emergency call button on my unlock screen. What phone do you have?

its just a moto droid 1, froyo, rooted, using pattern unlock in security settings

Ah! I do not use the pattern unlock. Thanks for the clarification. I'm not positive but I imagine there is an apk in the system that you could modify and remove the emergency call button. Unfortunately, my knowledge base is not deep enough to confirm to provide you direction.

All I know is from what I've _started_ to learn about keeping my obsolete theme. I believe the lockscreen is located in settings.apk, however, I am like mike and never have used the custom pattern, so that might change things. And that's all I can contribute, sorry.
