If you rooted with a one click app and that's all you did. Then you don't have a custom recovery and therefore no way to make a backup. If you want to just unroot, use link 4 in my sig.

thank you Tallica thats exactly what i was looking for! will it delete my contacts or just apps only when i unroot and go back to stock?
both but ur contacts should be synced to ur gmail so itll be resynced when u sign back in and since ur on froyo ur apps should be pushed back to ur device.
