I am wondering if anyone has gained root access running FRG22D, and what method was used?

I wouldn't do it. I did it once when I first rooted last week and I just had problems. You get a lot more aptitude if you use his method, using RSD Lite and SDRecovery and such. You learn more and it works much better.

The one touch methods and easy root have been causing a lot of problems. Many have experienced not having superuser permissions and not being able to flash an alternate recovery. You will learn so much more and be much happier with your phone if you follow either my guide in my signature or Abe's.

if some one could please either copy and paste it on paste bin or zip and email me the file from stock non-rooted OTA i would be greatly in your debt, it seams the finger print changed from frg01b to the new one, and i am redoing my market fix for rooted users, but i need the finger print from the stock OTA to finish.
