Ninjamorph help

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I open a new project and choose the pngs i want to change and change them then when I'm done i "finish project" once it turns on it just stays on the bootanimation and only starts to spell droid it never stops. i followed the directions exactly from ninjamorph directions

What.apk are you working inside of, or trying to change?

system/framework/framework-res.apk
all i am changing is the drawable hdpi files

framework is tricky, I personally pull the framework-res.apk via Root Explorer, do all of my modifications on my computer and push it back in with Terminal Emulator, Ninja Morph has been tricky lately

If you are going to use N/M make sure that USB debugging is turned on in Settings/Applications/Development and you have to make sure the files you are using to replace the old.png's are named correctly

i just tried that made sure the names were exact same name and it did the same thing just went farther in the boot animation...
