04-15-2011 05:37 PMI may be wrong, but I dont think you can uninstall it.
You could try going to settings/applications/manage applications and hit All at the top. Scroll down and select the SuperUser app, then hit Clear Data, OK. Or, if you have a backup before it started acting up, I'd restore that backup. If not, then I'd re-flash the rom. If it still froze, I'd re-download the rom with my pc then go from there.
