So I rooted my Droid...Now Im confused

So I rooted my Droid, I downloaded Terminal Emulator and got the # sign so I think Im all set. Now I have no clue what to do from here? Haha. I would appreciate the help guys.

Well read the link that pilotcharles gave you then you can go into the Hacks section and all the developers there have threads about their own ROMs. Read through them and see which one you might like and follow that developer's instructions on installation.

At the top of the forum is a link that says Forum. Click that and you can see the various sections of the forum. You'll see the hacking and roms section, and you're already posting here in the hacking help section so you are on the right track. Review the roms. They all have screenshots, instructions, and list what is contained within them.

You've checked to see if you are rooted and think you are. Do you have a link to the instructions you used to root? You must have installed a rom if you obtained root. Which one did you install? Your cart might already be fully loaded

You said your phone is empty? No calendar, weather, contacts, email, etc?
