Wipe Cache / Data

    Wipe Cache / Data

    IS there a way of installing your apps on the SD card so that when you wipe cache / data they don't get deleted?

    I use "mybackup" to backup my apps and data, you can find it in the market.

    I use Titanium Backup. IMO it works really well.
    another solution is you could just go without a wipe. i dont usually wipe unless things are running slow. Hope I helped!

    assuming you are rooted...you can use chevy's bkapps, but you can only restore your apps to one of his roms. --> Froyo FRF91 SS v4.4 [7/9/2010] From SOURCE - All 4.3 Issues Fixed - Maps/Market, ALL!

    if i do a wipe before installing a ROM, will i lose all pics, music, etc that are on my phone's memory, but not on my sd card?? if so, would using something like mybackup or titanium prevent it??

    or, does the Nandroid Backup take care of this??
