I have SPRecovery 99.2b, running UltimateDroid 10. I'd like to get back to a stock rooted 2.1 ROM. What's the easiest way to do that? Seems like I saw there was a rooted stock 2.1 update.zip out there I could flash with SPRecovery, but I can't seem to find it.
Also, do I need to update SPRecovery, or is 2b ok to use?

woodyman has a deodexed 2.1 rooted stock, and pete had a rooted 2.1 as well... i would check in their forums
i don't know the answer to your sprecovery question, but i don't think it can hurt to update to the latest sprecovery
you can also flash back to non-rooted stock and just root that, but using one of the above will probably be easier/faster
