Hello all. I understand that the Droid is born with quad band ability, but Verizon turns it into a dual band, with no SIM. Is it possible to re-enable the quad band radio so that it'll work internationally?

That may be the Milestone...

Kernal: 2.6.32-lowV-1.1Ghz-ChevyNo1
Motorola Droid 2 (A955)- Docked "Alarm Clock"
CPU: TI OMAP 3620:Superscalar ARM® Cortex™-A8 RISC core

Motorola Droid 4 (XT894, Masarati)

The droid is not GSM capable, so you would never be able to use it internationally.
The Droid is not quadband capable. It's hardware supports only dualband. I'm not even sure if the Milestone is quadband, but it is a GSM phone. There is no way to make a Droid work on anything other than a CDMA network.
