About LinkBackswhen i go to install UD 10, it would start to install, then after about 1 sec it would stop and bring me back to the clockwork recovery menu.
I put the zip in the root dir of the sdcard, and wiped everything, and it is still not installing.
I have also tried the other recovery menu and it said that the zip was block.
If anyone has any ideas for this, i would appreciate it.

Create a folder in the nandroid folder on your sd card. call it "whateveryouwant". unzip the zip file to this folder. boot into recovery and perform an advanced nandroid restore. choose backup. select "whateveryoulike". enjoy.

04-15-2010 07:29 AMok...I extracted and placed the contents in a folder in the nandrood folder.I ran the advanced backup and when out go It to system, it said that there was a error and it would stop
any ideas on getting this to work? -

04-15-2010 10:44 AMOk, on your SD Card the directory structure should be /sdcard/nandroid/UltimateDroid10
within that folder should be the files: boot.img, data.tar, system.tar (and a .md5).
Is it? -

04-15-2010 12:39 PMDelete the folder from your SD Card, recreate it. Delete the ROM from your computer. Redownload the ROM. Unzip the files on your computer, and transfer them to your SD Card and try again. (If you haven't already).

04-15-2010 05:47 PMWait, you are using clockwork recovery, if you downloaded the files from this site they are SPRecovery nandroid images from the look of it. If you use the ROM manager, you can just download his ROM using it, and it will work for clockwork.

04-15-2010 06:18 PMok... thanks that was the issue...the only reason why i didnt download from the rom manager from the beginning, because i was told not to use it
