This is what I ended up doing, I couldn't get the other method of flashing back to 2.0.1 to work. Flashing the sbf recovery was a piece of cake and worked flawlessly.

I'm stuck at the part where you're supposed to flash the OS onto the phone with RSD - when I click start, nothing happens. The phone is at the bootloader screen and I've installed the required USB driver for Win7 x64. I've followed the instructions to the letter up until this point so now I'm lost. Help please?

You'll get the ota notification. If you are rooted, accept it. SPRecovery will block the install, so no worries!

Like many others, the software indicated a failure. After it restarted though, the Droid seemed fine on 2.0. Should I be worried on what kernel I'm on?

How can I tell if I'm still rooted?

Can anyone please help? I included a picture of what it is doing, notice 'Start' is grayed out.

-edit- I got it fixed, I just had to move the file to the root of my C:\ drive.

I can not get this to work.

I couldnt install RSDlite from the site because it doesn't have an extension and all the one's I entered didn't work, but I found it else where

I opened RSD and followed the directions but everytime I do it it goes to 100% and then says "waiting for re-numeration" then after a while it says it fails. I have to do a battery pull to get out of bootloader then when I plug it back in it reboots and nothing changed
