    I rooted and installed Smoked Glass 6.01 last week

    And I'm loving it! Is there any reason I *should* go back to stock and flash the OTA update?

    Will I be able to install future ROMs without the official update?

    Only reason you *should* go back to stock is if you need to take the phone into verizon for some reason.

    And to answer your other question you won't need the official 2.1 update to go to other roms, we've had 2.1 roms out for a while now that are better than the actual update. I feel bad for them =( but blackdroid, pete, adam, chevy, and a few others have 2.1 roms out that are simple to install and try out.

    yeah, I'm running 2.1 now....SG 6.01. Just want to make sure I can install Adamz update when he releases it to us
