Any help with tethering anyone?

Hey guys, basically all I'm doing, is setting up my own personal custom setup. I flashed the ESE53 .sbf (again lol) and am just setting up my own personal flavor of what I want, because I've came to the conclusion that I'm just too picky with ROMs and I can't keep one ROM because it seems there is always *something* that does flow right for my taste!! I don't know why...lol but I just think I wanna setup my own thing to try to fulfill all those little things I want.

Okay, my question, I'm trying to get either one of the tethering apps to work (wireless or wired) and they just won't do it. I am using AdamZ's kernel and I figured it would include the latest wifi updates for these apps....but I guess not. Both apps will install and launch, but give errors whenever I try to turn on the tether function.

Can anyone shed some light on this task on ESE53? And what I need to do to enable these 2 apps to function properly?

I am running BD 7.5, Wireless tether 2.0-pre8, I am posting frim it right now. Never had a FC on it yet,

Not sure if any of this helps you at all.
But it works for me

My Laptop is running WIN7
The wireless connection the DROID sets up is an AD-HOC network. I wish it would set up as something different. But so far, that is all I can get out of it. No settings to allow me to change it to an access point.(like a router)

My Laptop is running WIN7
The wireless connection the DROID sets up is an AD-HOC network. I wish it would set up as something different. But so far, that is all I can get out of it. No settings to allow me to change it to an access point.(like a router)

But I have found, that since being an ADMIN,
my postings are like Death Threat, Not many like to Post After I do
