Nandroid'ed before BB

I did a nandroid backup before I installed Bugless Beast for the first time using Matt3w's 2.0.1 thread. I have since then installed, tried many other ROMs. Question is if I want to back to stock completely, would I first restore that original backup and then follow whatever steps to remove root and spfrecovery thing, or can I just use that sbf process that I seen mentioned to uninstall ROM, uninstall kernel, uninstall spf, and unroot all in one place?
