About LinkBacksRecently installed Bugless beast through the install for noobs thread. After final reboot, Phone just loops from droid eye to droid letters. Tried booting while holding "x". Still boots to same loop screen. Any help?

03-14-2010 09:08 PMChris you probably did what I did and chose the wrong ROM download like I just did and had the same continues booting loop. What I did what boot into recovery and chose the backup I named "BuglessBeastOne" and had the system recover back to there. Then I installed the correct file just like you did before, you need the one that says "Nandroid Backup" http://androidoverdrive.com/pete/ESE...00312-0453.rar and then continue with the rest of the install.

03-14-2010 09:24 PMIf you have time I would read through Matth3W's (Complete How-To on How to Mod Your Phone (2.1 ROM, O/C, MM, Boot Animation, etc)) process. It is very detailed and just about fool proof.

03-14-2010 09:33 PMHope that helps, also make sure when you name the new folder in Nandroid for the new download do not use any spaces. I agree Matt's write up is very good.
