Brick! Help please!

Ok. I simply missed that the app wouldn't install any other rom, but it was the same way with the recovery mode, and that really sucked. I wiped before I installed, and wiped everything and installed again. That didn't help. It very well may be user error... But I did aloe of research last night and couldn't find anything I did wrong.

OK I have read this post and I am having the same issues as others, I am stuck on M. I have read how to fix but what is sbf and how do I recover my phone back to normal I am getting really nervous. PLEASE HELP. I need thorough instructions please.

The droid is impossible to brick. Too many failsafes are in place.

I used the sbf file after some research and unbricked my device using RSD lite. I am so relieved!!!

alrighty guys
i had this same problem a few days back wanted to check out cyanogens rom and got it up and running but was missing blackdroids stuff so i did almost exactly as yall did and got stuck at the logo simple fix reload the cyanogen rom go into the market and download droidmod
flash the new recovery and idk if its neccesary but install the droid mod rom as well and then you can flash whatever rom you want on after that

"unbricked"... really gets under my skin.. you cant unbrick a device. if its bricked, its bricked.. thats why the term exists. it cant be saved. thus its nothing more than a brick sitting on your desk..

people that say they've "unbricked" a device are wrong. it was never bricked in the first place. just like the moto droid. it's an unbrickable device...
