Youtube makes my phone freeze... HELP T__T

hi i'm using ultimate droid 6.3 rom with chevy's 1.25 ghz 10 slot kernal..
hq videos were working fine on youtube until about 30 minutes ago, everytime i play a video it freezes within a minute..? and yeah.. i don't know what's causing this problem..

any ideas, suggestions, or solutions on how to solve it ? thank youu :[

Battery pull or different rom are my suggestions

battery pull as in like take out my battery and put it back in and restart it ?
if so, i've tried it but it just freezes again when i try to play a video again..

3 of my family has a droid and ive rooted and installed the same rom on all of theirs and none of theirs causes this problem except mine (and i'm the one that did it for them lol ironic..)

i just want to learn how to fix this problem..

Restore from an earlier date before you started having probs? That's an option
