Can't get AdamZ's kernels to work

I'm following the directions and this is what I've got:

Backing up before installing...
Attempintg Nandroid backup.
Dumping system.tar
Dumping data.tar
(done)


Attempting to install ROM from /sdcard/?.rom.tar
Decompressing ROM...
Unpacking /sdcard/?.rom.tar...

(done)

Then nothing else happens. Where are the installation instructions/options/settings for this that are supposed to show up?

edit: Ok, figured it out. Changed the file name.

edit: Ok, figured it out. Changed the file name.

what did you do to fix this? I am having the same issues

edit: My issue was with SPrecovery. I has .1b and i needed .3b. I used the droid mod updater to fix this. Worked like a charm after ward
