    can make calls but cant use data

    I have recently flashed the latest smoking glass rom and after doing so I can make and receive calls but cannot use data when not connected to wifi. Cannot use data while on the network but only on wifi. Any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    There is an data outage going on right now. That's why you can't make a connection without wifi.
