Busybox issue...

So, I'm still trying to learn the ropes, and made a n00b mistake.

Following this tutorial to get busybox on my Droid...

things were moving nicely until one of the steps (I don't remember which one) and it started to not work. I don't remember what the message was, either. But, I decided to reboot. Whoops. No backup made except the one made slightly after I rooted. Why was that important? The phone was stuck in reboot, pretty much. It kept loading to the unlock screen, I would unlock, and <5 seconds later it would reboot all over again. Thankfully I restored to that one backup, but lost a lot of applications and everything.

I have tried to follow the directions again, but it keeps failing. Something about the directory being there or something, and I can't delete it. Any ideas on how to go about fixing this so I can actually install busybox properly?

Get DroidRootPro from the market and use that instead to install BusyBox. It helped me with that. Check out this guide for it.

Yeahh... see I don't want to PAY someone or something to get it done... I'm more of a hands on person. So is there any other way to do it BESIDES that way?
